Lead and scale operations across water & wastewater projects and regions
Drive consistency in execution, financial performance, and accountability
Partner with teams from preconstruction through closeout to ensure strong planning and delivery
Develop and mentor senior project and field leaders
Oversee forecasting, risk management, and margin protection
Strengthen client relationships through reliable, high-performance delivery
Implement scalable processes that support aggressive growth without losing quality
Qualification
Required
Senior operations leadership experience in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction
Proven success managing multiple large projects and teams simultaneously
Strong self-perform construction background
