Responsibilities
Lead the development and refresh of the organization’s corporate strategy, multi-year roadmap, and strategic priorities
Design and evaluate business cases, feasibility studies, and due diligence for new programs, partnerships, and capital investments
Spearhead the design and launch of high-profile strategic initiatives, supporting early-phase execution until transition to dedicated teams
Enhance the operating model, governance structures, and internal strategic processes to drive organizational effectiveness
Advise executive leadership and the Board through strategic memos, briefings, and rapid-response analyses on emerging trends and opportunities
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders—including government entities, global academic partners, and sector regulators
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategy team (~4 direct reports) and oversee external consultants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in economics, business, public policy, or a related field
Minimum 12 years of professional experience
7+ years in senior management consulting role
Proven track record in strategic planning, financial modeling, organizational design, and executive-level stakeholder engagement
Experience operating in multicultural, international environments
Exceptional analytical rigor, communication clarity, and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
Preferred
MBA from a leading business school is a strong plus
Exposure to Public Sector, Public Policy, or large-scale institutional transformation
Regional (UAE/Middle East) experience highly valued
