Responsibilities
Enter customer orders accurately and follow established Customer Relations processes and workflows
Comprehend and comply with Applied Medical safety rules, quality standards, and company policies
Collaborate with external customers to address inquiries, share information, and support order accuracy
Communicate with internal teams, including Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping, to coordinate order-related activities
Assist with department tasks and cross-functional projects as assigned
Maintain detailed, accurate documentation related to customer interactions and order updates
Support continuous improvements that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree
Have more than one year of customer service experience in a call center setting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Maintain attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order entry and communication
Preferred
Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP)
Familiarity with order management or customer support systems used in manufacturing or medical device environments
