Sales Director
Pizza Wine is a rapidly growing canned sparkling wine brand founded in 2023, aiming to change the way consumers engage with wine culture. The Sales Director will be responsible for growing the business across core territories, building relationships, and leading a sales team within 12-24 months.

Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts, with a core focus on MA and RI
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers through regular visits and tastings
Execute support programs and activations (pizza parties, staff trainings, and tastings)
Provide merchandising support to key accounts as needed
Serve as the primary liaison between Pizza Wine and distributor partners in your territory
Work closely with partner reps to coordinate account coverage and maximize purchases
Attend distributor sales meetings, provide training on Pizza Wine's brand & value
Occasionally participate in ride-alongs to support and train distributor reps
Develop and refine target account lists using sales data, market analysis, and intuition from your work on the ground
Track sales performance and market trends, reporting back to the CEO
Contribute to market entry strategy as Pizza Wine expands
Lead market entry efforts in Connecticut (anticipated Q1 2026)
Provide strategic oversight for Northern New England expansion (VT, NH, ME)
Assist in building the infrastructure and playbook that will scale as the sales team grows
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of sales experience in beverage alcohol, craft beer, CPG, or hospitality
Demonstrated success with growing net locations and driving velocity across existing business
Comfortable using data and analytics to inform strategy and track performance
Experience working within the three-tier distribution system
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel throughout territory
Preferred
Familiarity with Massachusetts market strongly preferred
