Responsibilities
Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of services
Advise clients on individual, partnership, corporate, and trust & estate tax matters
Review work to maintain compliance with firm standards and regulatory requirements
Communicate technical issues effectively with clients and provide practical solutions
Mentor and train staff and seniors, fostering professional growth
Participate in networking and maintain visibility within the industry
Support management in policy and procedural decisions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical and regulatory developments
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of public accounting or related experience
Proficient in business taxation (C and S corporations, partnerships)
Experienced in individual taxation, tax planning, and strategies for high-net-worth clients
Familiar with multi-state and consolidated tax returns
Active CPA license required
Strong written and verbal communication, research, and organizational skills
Highly motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and client-focused
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Preferred
Previous experience supervising and training staff preferred
Master of Tax preferred
