Site Superintendent
HR Advisors, Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Site Superintendent to join their dynamic team. This role will provide on-site coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring specifications are followed and work proceeds on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day jobsite activities and operations for the construction of the project
Responsible for project quality control
Provide leadership to the subcontractor workforce
Review the plans and specifications for the project
Prepare, manage, and update the project schedule including determining the sequence for work and scheduling all material deliveries (overall, one week and three week look-ahead)
Conduct weekly safety meetings to ensure that safety measures are understood and being followed
Address any safety issues on the jobsite as they arise and report any incidents to all appropriate parties
Complete any necessary paperwork responsibilities including daily records of field activity
Manage site logistics, coordinate materials deliveries, all subcontractors work sequencing, and coordinate site visit inspection requests
Deliver jobs on schedule at top quality
Control onsite spending for General Conditions (small tools, rentals, dumpsters, heat, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years as Site Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably retail or grocery
Must have experience with job scheduling; must be able to read and clearly understand blueprints and construction intent
Must have a clean driving record and be willing to travel
Experience with any of the following markets: retail, grocery, restaurant, banking, education
Experience with occupied retail/grocery, office tenant improvement, and/or small ground-ups, and/or hospitality projects, 1M-10M project size construction experience
Proficient with MS Outlook Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Autodesk and other construction related software
Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff and outside parties
