Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in managing litigation cases
Coordinate and schedule case-related events, depositions, meetings, and other activities
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Manage electronic court filings for state and federal cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accessibility and compliance with firm standards
Assist in discovery processes, including preparing requests, responses, and supporting trial preparation
Handle travel arrangements and logistics for attorneys and firm-related events
Proactively anticipate and address the needs of attorneys, clients, and team members
Support administrative tasks related to firm operations and contribute to a positive office environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably in litigation
Proficiency in managing electronic court filings and familiarity with state and federal filing systems
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technological confidence and the ability to adapt to new tools and systems
Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative team mindset
