They are seeking an In-House Paralegal or Junior Associate with strong contract and compliance experience to support their growing legal and compliance team, providing hands-on exposure to a wide range of corporate legal functions.

Support a growing legal and compliance team
Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, BAAs, vendor contracts, etc.)
Support corporate governance, board documentation, and compliance matters

Required

3+ years of relevant experience as a corporate paralegal or junior attorney (healthcare or life sciences experience preferred, but not required)
JD or Bachelor's degree with ABA-approved paralegal certificate (or equivalent professional experience)
Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements (MSAs, NDAs, BAAs, vendor contracts, etc.)
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and processes; interest in learning and leveraging AI-assisted contracting tools
Strong organizational skills with experience supporting corporate governance, board documentation, and compliance matters
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite or similar systems preferred
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and interested in long-term professional growth
Outstanding professional references

Preferred
