Provide customer service, frontline support, and account support to aid in collection and daily operation activities for Accounts Receivable

All employees are expected to maintain a permanent residence within the State of Utah as a condition of employment
Must be available minimum 25 hours per week

Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and oral
Ability to organize and set priorities

Complete multiple tasks effectively in a busy and stressful office
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
Ability to learn a variety of software programs
Ability to work with and safeguard confidential information
Knowledge of College policies, procedures, and operations preferred
Basic accounting skills preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people with different backgrounds and abilities
Maintain good working relationships across all College departments
