Responsibilities
Create and manage OS images using MDT and SCCM
Develop and customize task sequences for OS deployment
Troubleshoot issues related to OS imaging and deployment
Manage user devices in SCCM/Intune environments
Implement Windows Autopilot for modern device management
Monitor system performance and health
Generate reports on deployment success and system health
Analyze data to recommend infrastructure enhancements Establish and maintain detailed documentation of SCCM configurations and processes
Provide support for complex end-user computing solutions
Develop and deploy scripts for automation and configuration tasks
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Memphis, TN/ Detroit, MI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in OS imaging and SCCM/Intune
Create and manage OS images using MDT and SCCM
Develop and customize task sequences for OS deployment
Troubleshoot issues related to OS imaging and deployment
Manage user devices in SCCM/Intune environments
Implement Windows Autopilot for modern device management
