Stay informed on market trends and local inventory
Hit your personal sales goals and create a thriving book of business
Prospect daily through a variety of lead sources (calls, texts, email, in-person) to build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified investors
Qualification
Required
Active California Real Estate License, or ability to get licensed quickly
Entrepreneurial mindset
Confidence in sales, communication, and relationship-building
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and coachable mindset
Interest in real estate investment or working with investor clients
Resilient, self-motivated, and hungry to grow
Preferred
