Welcoming and engaging members of the public at events and promotional sites
Providing clear, friendly information about campaigns, services, or initiatives
Answering customer questions and addressing basic concerns confidently
Supporting event setup, flow, and customer experience throughout the day
Creating positive first impressions through professional and approachable communication
Working closely with the wider event team to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Receiving feedback, tracking interactions, and continuously improving service quality
