Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end design for complex features and product experiences—from discovery through final delivery
Create intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high‑fidelity designs
Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to craft exceptional user experiences
Conduct user research and usability testing to guide product decisions
Champion a user‑centered design culture in a fast‑moving environment
Help establish and evolve a scalable design system that supports rapid iteration and multi‑product growth
Stay current on modern design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices
Qualification
Required
8+ years in product design, UX/UI, or related roles
A strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking, interaction design, and visual excellence
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
Experience with design systems and agile product teams
Understanding of basic front‑end concepts (HTML/CSS)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience in complex, transactional, or highly regulated environments is a plus
