New Grad, Entry LevelSub-3 Advisors is looking for a detail-oriented Policy Research Associate / Analyst to support research and analysis related to public policy and regulatory topics. The role involves data collection, desk research, and report preparation to support internal projects and policy-related initiatives.

Responsibilities
Conduct desk research and literature reviews on policy-related topics
Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Monitor policy updates, regulations, and public information sources
Assist in preparing research reports, summaries, and briefing materials
Support project teams with background research and data analysis
Ensure research outputs are accurate, clear, and well-documented
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
Experience with research, data analysis, or report writing
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience with research institutions, consulting firms, or policy-related projects
Familiarity with data analysis tools or research methodologies
Interest in policy analysis, regulatory research, or public affairs
