Responsibilities
Your knowledge of bank operations processes, procedures, applicable laws and regulations will be beneficial in solving problems and making recommendations for process improvement

You’ll focus on innovation and thought leadership to improve the Company’s effectiveness, and help others become change agents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Banking and/or Accounting related field of study
3-4 years in operations with 1 year or more in a leadership position or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experienced knowledge of applicable Federal and State regulatory compliance including: Anti-Money Laundering, Office of Foreign Assets and Control, Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and Sarbanes Oxley, Reg E, Reg CC, UCC4A
Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
Good mathematical skills
Basic knowledge of banking principles
Basic understanding of transaction management, document managing, and imaging
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices (debit, credit, accounts payables and receivables)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multi-task and prioritize
Ability to use sound judgment in decision making
Self-motivated
Good communication skills (verbal, interpersonal and written)
Dependable attendance and ability to work flexible hours
Team oriented and willing to assist others
Customer Service skills and/or experience
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace, high volume environment & adaptable to change
