Responsibilities
Collecting donor urine, hair, fingernails and saliva specimens (No blood draws)
Answering phone with a “High Level” of customer service
Data entry, filing reports, invoicing and send results via email
Cleaning the testing rooms and office daily
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Other job duties include but not limited to:
Must pass a background check and drug test including marijuana
Qualification
Required
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Collecting donor urine, hair, fingernails and saliva specimens (No blood draws)
Answering phone with a “High Level” of customer service
Data entry, filing reports, invoicing and send results via email
Cleaning the testing rooms and office daily
Positive energy and a good attitude
Must be comfortable interacting directly (on the phone and in person) with a wide range of customers
Able to maintain a calm presence in a fast paced environment
Basic Computer and some Microsoft Office Skills - (Google Docs & Excel)
Maintains regular and punctual attendance
Organizational Skills with strong attention to detail
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Must pass a background check and drug test including marijuana
