Responsibilities
Manage contract records, documents and asset records in contract management applications
Research contract and contracted telecommunications assets within an Engineering organization
Draft, revise and edit contractual documents
Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs
Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones
Resolve contract compliance issues
Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transaction’s internal negotiation team
Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies
Review and interpret Sourcing and Corporate Policy requirements
Take responsibility for consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks
