B2B Outside Sales Representative
Mad Dog Facility Partners provides commercial janitorial and facility services across the Southwest, focusing on long-term customer relationships. The role involves building a new territory as a full-cycle B2B field sales representative, where the individual will prospect, set appointments, conduct walkthroughs, and close deals.
Responsibilities
Prospect relentlessly: Door-to-door visits, cold calls, and cold emails to generate meetings
Qualify and set appointments with facility managers, property managers, and operations leaders
Conduct on-site walkthroughs to scope projects and build relationships
Present proposals and close new monthly recurring contracts
Build and manage your own pipeline from first touch to signed contract
Target industrial facilities, medical offices, property managers, and multi-site operators
Qualification
Required
2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in commercial services, facilities, or related industries
Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through cold outreach
Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting, cold calling, and field sales
Track record of carrying and closing against quota
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and rejection
