Responsibilities
Support day-to-day management and support of online communities of DAFgiving360 clients (advisors)
Partner closely with the DAFgiving360 organization and external vendors to help enhance their Platform and create better client experiences
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing research (either ‘vendor side' or ‘client side')
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Ability to develop detailed project plans and implement them on time and within budget
Strong analytic and statistical skills to extract insights from complex datasets
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent collaboration skills to work across the organization and with external vendors
Superior presentation and communication skills for all levels of management
Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred
Experience with online advisory boards or communities
Research experience with financial advisors, particularly RIAs
Experience at an investment firm or in financial services
Experience designing and managing User Experience (UX) studies
Experience implementing AI tools in research
Experience in mission-driven or social impact organizations
