Responsibilities
Partner with clients to create personalized financial plans that address a broad set of objectives
Help clients protect what they’ve worked hard to achieve while also growing their assets for the future
Provide options that protect families, secure income, and fortify businesses
Equip clients with the tools they need to achieve their financial goals on time
Work closely with a Growth and Development Director who is dedicated to their success
Provide individualized coaching, strategy, and business-building guidance
Focus on building relationships, developing business, and making an impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (required)
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
Ability to commute under one hour by car to the Wellesley office
Comfortable commuting to the Midtown NYC office (public transportation is acceptable, if your commute is less than 1.5 hours)
Willingness to work onsite for the first several months of employment for the Midtown NYC office
Preferred
Licensed (Life & Health, Series 6/7/63, etc.) – preferred but not required
Analytical thinking skills and ability to assess client needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective sales, presentation, and customer service skills
Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
Career changer or experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Former college athlete or military background
Entrepreneurial mindset or prior business ownership
Ivy League or J.D. background (a plus, not required)
Track record of professional success (e.g., $100K+ earnings in a previous role)
Experience working with or currently being advised by a financial professional
Understanding of the fast-paced culture of Midtown Manhattan (for NYC-based candidates)
