Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining composure at all times
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location, documenting and escalating incidents as required
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and uphold site protocols
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment at all times
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
