BS/BA in related field
Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in AI and machine learning, with at least three (3) years in senior technical roles leading AI implementations in enterprise environments
Demonstrated expertise in multiple AI domains, including natural language processing, AI forecasting, and generative AI
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI projects, preferably in government or highly regulated industries
Demonstrated experience in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies
Experience in AI ethics and responsible AI practices
Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies
Preferred
Ph.D. in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
Professional certifications in AI and machine learning from recognized institutions (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty)
Additional certifications in data science, cloud computing, or cybersecurity
Has training/certification in Agile methods
Federal government or financial services industry experience preferred
Demonstrated broad range of technical knowledge and solution strategy expertise in order to advise on the best technical solution for stakeholder requirements
Demonstrated experience with designing architecture including managing change across the environments, supporting automated quality assurance and quality control
