Responsibilities
Monitor customer new subscription, renewals, and credit card payments daily
Identify failed, declined, or overdue payments and take prompt follow-up action
Contact customers professionally and courteously to resolve payment issues
Assist customers with setting up, updating expired credit cards, or payment methods
Coordinate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth resolution
Maintain accurate notes and records in CRM
Track collection status and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
Support monthly close by reconcile payments in CRM and Sales Receipt in Accounting System
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in accounts receivable, billing, or subscription collections
Strong communication skills with a calm, pleasant, and professional demeanor
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Comfortable working with CRM, billing platforms, and accounting systems (Hubspot, QBO, Stripe, Paypal, etc.)
Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and clarity
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, subscription, or recurring billing environments preferred
