Part Time Contract IO Psychology Professional
Momentum@Work is seeking an experienced I/O psychology or assessment professional to support the development, validation, piloting, and execution of a selection assessment center for a federal client. The role involves reviewing and validating existing competency models, developing assessment center exercises, and supporting the delivery of a fully virtual assessment center.

Responsibilities
Reviewing and Validating existing competency model
Developing job-relevant, behaviorally based assessment center exercises
Creating and refining behaviorally anchored rating scales (BARS)
Supporting content validation and pilot testing
Contributing to assessor materials and training
Supporting delivery of a fully virtual assessment center
Qualification
Required
I/O psychologists (PhD, ABD, or Master's-level) with hands-on assessment center experience
Professionals who have personally developed and validated AC exercises
Strong familiarity with defensible selection practices and BARS
Comfort working in a virtual assessment environment
Organized, dependable, and comfortable with variable workloads
Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills
