Responsibilities
Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair to ensure optimal machine performance including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Perform fabrication and machining tasks
Execute maintenance work orders and accurately document activities in the CMMS system
Set up, calibrate, and test components and mechanical assemblies using various tools
Collaborate daily with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations teams, and contractors to achieve production goals
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
5+ years of related maintenance experience
Ability to read manuals, technical documents, blueprints, and troubleshooting guides
Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, and climbing
The ability to work and communicate in a collaborative team environment
Mechanical aptitude and basic PC skills with ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
Preferred
Hazardous waste handling experience
Industrial/manufacturing experience
Electrical work experience
Familiarity with injection molding and melt-blowing processes
