Responsibilities

Processing retail merchandise to the floor ready to sell, in a light-weight industrial environment and using highly-customized software and tools, with a focus on accuracy
Be the keeper of the merchandise, completing all inventory processes and making sure merchandise is properly checked in and is accurately ticketed
Strong focus on productivity, measured through team and individual metrics such as units processed per hour
Work in the eye of the storm, keeping the stockrooms and sales floor organized, re-stocked and tidy
Contribute to team goals such as efforts around safety, ongoing training, and test-and-learn projects
Provide general support to the store including set up for special events, markdowns and relocation of fixtures

Required

A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
Had success working in a fast-paced environment thanks to your ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Teamwork as a strength; ability to deliver a high degree of personal productivity while also collaborating with, and contributing to the team environment and goals
The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs (most common shifts are either morning or midday/evening)
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
