Team Lead - NY

Responsibilities
Main point of contact for the team on a daily basis
Available to answer questions & resolve issues when they arise
Onboard and train new hires
Check in with team on each client daily
Make sure each person is prepared for each job and has all required info
Ensure job notes are summarized and documented in Honeybook after
Consistent communication with Founder for urgent issues, client downloads, overall project & process improvements
Qualification
Required
Language - English required (Spanish a plus)
Highly organized, detail-oriented & proactive
Strong Communication Skills written & verbal - comfortable handling client and team interactions
Tech-Savvy proficient in: Google Suite (Email, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Slack (team communication)
Scheduling software (e.g., Calendly)
CRM & Booking tools (e.g., HoneyBook)
Project Management tools (e.g., Asana)
2+ years of experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor (preferably in a service-based business)
Preferred
Experience in Pet Care or Dog Training
