Responsibilities

Work closely with the executive leadership team to execute strategic plans for all admissions functions
As Vice President, Admissions you will need to operator a building and scaling standardized workflows
You will drive recruitment, training, and building an driven, hungry and motivated admissions team
Build upon the organization strong brand and reputation as an patient and family focused organization
The Vice President, Admissions will need to develop an efficient and effective admission contact center and reporting model to ensure streamline patient engagement, intake progression, and conversion

Behavioral Health ExperienceTeam ManagementKPI AchievementAdmissions StrategyLeadership Skills

Required

Experience as either a Director of Admissions within a large behavioral health organization or experience as Vice President, Admissions within the behavioral health space
Managed a large team
Ability and confidence to rally the team
Proven experience of succeeding with their KPIs

Preferred

A Master's qualification is desirable but not essential
