Responsibilities
Prioritizing and assigning work to direct reports, providing training and guidance as needed
Approving time for direct reports and ensuring staff follows policies and procedures
Conducting performance evaluations
Making recommendations in hiring, terminating, and disciplinary actions
Completing accident and personal injury reports
Participating in budget preparation and monitoring of expenditures
Creates purchase orders for materials needed in daily operation
Performs monthly inspections of assets
Creates service requests for plumbing, electrical, and carpentry needs
Maintains and verifies equipment inventory
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Three years of grounds maintenance experience, including one year of lead experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered
Valid driver's license
