Change Management Lead
LingaTech is focused on deploying AI-enabled solutions within a highly regulated call center environment. They are seeking a Change Management Lead to drive successful adoption across diverse regions and teams by executing a comprehensive change management strategy and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities
Manage and execute change management and communications plan
Incorporate stakeholder assessment to determine action plans for different stakeholder groups, and provide inputs to the phased rollout plan for global expansion
Coordinate with training teams on material development and training facilitation, and ensure development of a central knowledge repository with training materials and FAQs
Align success metrics with leadership, and define evaluation and tracking mechanisms
Support UAT and hypercare, manage reporting, change impact, and feedback collection
Manage tools (Custom GPT/SharePoint) used for answering agent questions and send out communications
Lead change champion networks and train‑the‑trainer initiatives to scale adoption across teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in change management within a highly regulated environment
Ability to execute a comprehensive change management strategy
Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder alignment
Experience in training and support for frontline agents
Ability to manage and execute change management and communications plan
Experience in stakeholder assessment and action plan development
Coordination skills with training teams for material development
Ability to develop a central knowledge repository with training materials and FAQs
Experience in aligning success metrics with leadership
Ability to define evaluation and tracking mechanisms
Support experience in UAT and hypercare
Experience in managing reporting, change impact, and feedback collection
Ability to manage tools like Custom GPT/SharePoint for agent support
Experience in leading change champion networks and train-the-trainer initiatives
