Responsibilities
Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance, including preventive repairs and adjustments
Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment and machinery using sound judgment and consultation
Monitor production and facilities-related equipment to maintain optimal performance
Collaborate effectively within a team to support collective goals and objectives
Utilize judgment in planning, decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for all maintenance tasks
Qualification
Required
Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance, including preventive repairs and adjustments
Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment and machinery using sound judgment and consultation
Monitor production and facilities-related equipment to maintain optimal performance
Collaborate effectively within a team to support collective goals and objectives
Utilize judgment in planning, decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for all maintenance tasks
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork
Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical skills for troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery
Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics, technical manuals, blueprints, diagrams, and equipment specifications
Flexibility and adaptability in working with various equipment, processes, and assignments
Understanding and use of trades mathematics, calibration techniques, and precision measuring instruments
Proficiency in using a PC, including MS Excel and MS Word
Expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components
Ability to use a multimeter and understand sensor technology
Basic plumbing skills (fluid and pneumatic) and knowledge of power transmission (gearbox, motors, belt, and chain drives)
Electrical troubleshooting of circuits from low-level signals up to 480 VAC
Preferred
Troubleshooting of Industrial Control Systems (instrumentation, ladder logic, relay logic, VFD, servo, etc.)
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in PLC operations, robotics, and vision systems
Mechanical design experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Experience with SAP maintenance module or equivalent computerized systems
Basic skills in the use of mill, lathe, welding, and bearing press
