Qualification
Required
4+ years of outside or in-home sales experience
A track record of closing sales
Comfortable sitting at a kitchen table and having real conversations
Ability to build trust quickly
Basic tech skills (email, simple online tools, and digital paperwork)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Independent and organized
Experience in direct-to-consumer sales (final expense, solar, home improvement, alarms, etc.)
Enjoy in-home selling
