Senior Account Manager
BX Studio is a rapidly scaling digital agency working with enterprise brands and growth-stage startups. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships, drive retention, and expand revenue across a portfolio of accounts.

Responsibilities
Serve as primary account lead and trusted advisor for your portfolio
Develop strong relationships with marketing executives and founders
Own renewal conversations and all account sales activity
Identify, scope, and pitch expansion opportunities
Ensure seamless client experience from sales handoff through ongoing delivery
Proactively identify and resolve delivery and client satisfaction issues
Understand our client’s business goals and build actionable roadmaps with PMs and capability specialists
Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and account growth plays
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience in account management, project management, or customer success at a digital agency
Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with clients
Experience in owning renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and growing accounts
Strong experience with web design, development, and SEO projects in an agency setting
Interest in contributing to account management playbook - templates, processes, QBR frameworks
Preferred
Experience with analytics, content marketing, CRO, and branding
Digital strategy background that helps you advise clients beyond just delivery
