Customer Operations Coordinator - Operations

Responsibilities
Manage Sales Orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity for configuration centre teams
Attend project kick-off meetings and client calls as required
Act as a point of contact for Client Services queries and operational questions
Generate internal export documentation to support shipments
Order printed materials for clients as directed by Client Services
Liaise with Client Services and external providers to track, manage, and communicate shipment delays
Promote continuous improvement across Customer Operations processes
Support additional operational tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Strong commitment to Health & Safety compliance
High attention to detail with accurate data entry and strong computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Collaborative, team-first mindset with a 'can do' attitude
Minimum education: High School (US) or equivalent
Clinical trials / pharmaceutical industry exposure is a plus
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Experience working in a warehouse or logistics setting
Experience with import/export of pharmaceuticals or electronic devices
