Delivering exceptional patient care
Collaborates closely with the Managing Partner(s) and Executive Committee to meet clinical, research, education, and community mission goals and objectives
Possesses strong financial analysis and reporting skills
Navigating the complexities of alignment relationships in collaboration with Physician Leadership, external advisors, and legal counsel
Provides oversight of professional operations, including clinical operations, education, financial, information technology, research, space management, human relations, teleradiology, community growth, performance reporting, and other areas to secure the business's financial fitness
Serves as the key liaison between the practice, hospitals, health systems, other physician groups, and third-party payors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration or health care administration
At least eight years of progressively responsible management experience in medical imaging services
Preferred
An understanding of finances related to healthcare and community medicine for medical imaging services
An advanced degree, such as an MBA
