Responsibilities

Professional Client Onboarding: Lead the technical setup of end-user profiles with uncompromising integrity, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with modern privacy standards
Forward-Thinking Customer Service: Act as the primary, polished point of contact post-sale. Use emotional intelligence to resolve inquiries and proactively identify potential journey bottlenecks
SEO & Digital Marketing Support: Implement foundational SEO best practices—such as keyword-rich metadata and site health checks—to ensure client-facing digital assets maintain a professional and authoritative presence
Polished Communication: Maintain a professional and courteous manner across all channels (email, phone, video), ensuring complex digital marketing concepts are explained clearly to non-marketing stakeholders
Data-Driven Reporting: Track and report on post-sale KPIs, using insights to suggest workflow improvements that enhance team efficiency and client retention

Required
