Responsibilities
Support the monthly close process and prepare financial statements for assigned locations
Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
Analyze monthly financial results and explain variances to budget and forecast
Prepare rolling short-term forecasts
Review pricing and rate structures
Partner with operational leaders to communicate financial insights
Coordinate accounting data between local and remote teams
Assist with internal controls and SOX-related compliance
Participate in the annual budgeting and planning cycle
Train non-financial leaders on accounting processes and financial statement review
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years of relevant accounting experience
Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Microsoft Excel
Willingness to relocate for career advancement
