This role will define the technology strategy, consolidate multiple legacy systems, and create a modern, scalable IT environment across several acquired manufacturing businesses.

Responsibilities
Build the overall IT strategy across support, operations, systems, infrastructure, and security
Consolidate and modernize multiple legacy systems into a unified architecture
Lead decisions on outsourcing vs. in‑house capabilities, including MSP strategy
Develop an AI and automation roadmap for operations and back‑office functions
Build and manage an application development team
Oversee all infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and OT environments
Create and scale a real IT department from the ground up
Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience integrating and modernizing legacy systems
Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OT
Ability to build and lead app dev teams
Experience working with MSPs and driving consolidation
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
