Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the organization’s Azure cloud operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that align with business goals
Manage cloud infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Develop and enforce best practices for cloud security, cost management, and performance optimization
Experience supporting Power BI environments and data integrations
Experience supporting Azure SQL Database, Managed Instance, and SQL Server on Azure VMs
Work closely with developers on database design and optimization
Mentor and lead a team of cloud engineers and operations staff
Design and implement Azure landing zones and cloud infrastructure that align with organizational needs
Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
Ensure robust network security and compliance within the Azure environment
Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and best practices
Qualification
Required
8-12 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Azure cloud platforms, DevOps and infrastructure automation
Proven background in cloud development, software development, and IT operations
Expertise in cloud networking, security, cost management, and performance optimization
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Solid experience in network security, compliance, and Azure best practices
Experience supporting Power BI environments and data integrations
Experience supporting Azure SQL Database, Managed Instance, and SQL Server on Azure VMs
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
