Onboard, train, and support vendors in the PLM system; serve as the point of contact for PLM-related issues and merchant/vendor questions

Build and refresh dashboards and trackers to support decision-making (e.g., margin impact, duty exposure, freight changes)

Contribute to MOS (mark out of stock) reporting—identify upstream drivers tied to packaging and shipping; escalate insights and partner on mitigation actions
Set and maintain standards for import guides, quick references, and merchant/vendor training materials for import processes and systems (Bamboo Rose, Import Toolbox), ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely updates
Administer import and vendor-facing website content, determining content updates and publish timing to ensure accurate, accessible self-service resources
