Founding GTM (Account Executive)

VectorSearch.AI is a company that builds AI analysts to automate compliance work for banks and fintechs. They are seeking a Founding GTM / Account Executive to work directly with the CEO and build the sales motion from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle sales: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal/RFP → negotiation → close
Sell into banks/fintechs with multiple stakeholders (compliance, risk, operations, procurement)
Own competitive cycles and RFPs
Build early GTM systems: pipeline generation, qualification, CRM hygiene, forecasting basics
Partner closely with Product/Engineering to tighten positioning and drive adoption

Qualification

Full-cycle sales experienceStartup mindsetFintech exposureRFP experienceCommunication

Required

2–3+ years closing experience with full-cycle ownership
Startup / high-growth mindset (builder, scrappy, fast iteration)
Strong communication + ability to run structured deal cycles

Preferred

Fintech/regtech/compliance exposure (AML/KYC, risk, fraud, onboarding)
Experience selling into regulated buyers and/or RFP-heavy environments
