Responsibilities
Aribia Support (eSourcing , contract management , Procure to Order /P20)
System Management : Manage and optimize the SAP Ariba system, ensuring seamless integration of procurement processes and workflows
Implementation and Configuration : Implement and configure SAP Ariba modules to meet specific business requirements, including supplier information management and procurement workflows
User Support and Training : Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on SAP Ariba functionalities, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system
Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure that procurement strategies align with business objectives
Data Integrity and Compliance : Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with procurement policies and regulations
Work with other data scientists and work cross functionally with product managers and other engineering teams to deliver predictive models from concept to product
Create predictive models for various business process like payment risk, relationship discovery, catalog optimization
Design and develop the features assigned to achieve the Milestone goals (Sprints)
You will be member of the core Ariba Cloud Engineering Team
Empowered to self-manage his own work
Coordination in cross-functional team and with other geographically distributed engineering teams
Manages internal and external resources to optimize client impact within project budget, timeline, supplier onboarding and other deliverables
Manages customer and internal team member’s expectations to optimize productivity and increase impact of solutions
Foreseeing future possibilities, engaging others in a sense of ownership of organizational goals, and translating them into practical strategies
Working with employees to establish and achieve clear, measurable performance objectives that link to organization

Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience

Minimum of 7 to 10 years in project management experience in system implementations, integration and process re-engineering or a related discipline with a 'Big 5' consulting firm or comparable
Preferred
Master's, MBA or similar degree
Project Management certifications and studies
Demonstrated Agile Project Management skills/experience or PMI preferred
