Responsibilities

Lead financial modeling, valuation work, and return analyses
Manage commercial, operational, financial, and legal diligence workstreams
Coordinate with bankers, consultants, accountants, and attorneys throughout the transaction process
Prepare and present investment committee materials, including thesis development and value creation planning
Partner with management teams to execute strategic and operational initiatives
Track performance, evaluate KPIs, and recommend improvement strategies
Support or lead add-on acquisition sourcing, evaluation, and integration
Build and maintain relationships with bankers, advisors, and industry leaders
Lead or support thematic sourcing efforts across industrial and manufacturing subsectors
Develop investment theses and sector insights to guide sourcing priorities
Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts across projects and transactions
Contribute to internal process improvements and broader firm-building initiatives
Represent the firm professionally with management teams and external partners

Required

Experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

Experience in sourcing and evaluating add-on acquisitions
