Responsibilities
Acting as the primary technical and functional lead for OneStream within the global COE
Overseeing system design, configuration, and performance management processes
Partnering with finance and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and data integrity
Leading enhancement projects and driving best practices in system governance and automation
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring junior analysts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a OneStream lead, architect, or senior systems analyst
A strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A problem-solving mindset and passion for delivering process excellence
Preferred
Experience working within a global enterprise or matrix environment
