Customer Service Representative
Dynamic Media provides SiriusXM and Soundtrack Your Brand background music services and audio equipment to its worldwide customer base. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound support calls, making outbound follow-up calls, and performing on-site duties such as shipping and receiving and check payment processing.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in troubleshooting radio and audio systems concerns
Accurately update and monitor customer information
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with various services we offer
Shipping and receiving
Inventory counts
Equipment return inspection
Mail retrieval
Processing check payments in our CRM system
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in technical support is a big plus
Long-term employment in job history is a big plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential - FAST typers only
Able to apply the training to troubleshoot and provide technical support
Able to manage multiple tasks and concurrent jobs
An ability and willingness to search for information on the internet
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 40 lbs
A strong desire to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
An ability to present yourself as a professional, knowledgeable, and trusted partner
