Responsibilities
Communicate directly with potential borrowers and co-borrowers to understand customers' needs and options
Gather and verify validation documents
Manage queue of accounts and ensure work standards are met with customers and agencies
Help develop company reputation with agencies and solicit referrals
Support borrowers and co-borrowers from initial contact through underwriting
Responsible for meeting monthly minimum goals/results
Document all information accurately in the CRM
Attend mandatory weekly sales meetings
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
Experience in closing deals!
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
Decisiveness and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Three (3) years of experience in consultative sales
Preferred
Previous experience in cosmetic consultations, ie dentistry, plastic surgery, hair replacement, hair removal are welcomed
Debt relief/debt settlement are welcomed
Experience in the student lending field is preferred, but not necessary
