Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Siebel CRM applications using Siebel Tools
Implement and support Siebel EAI integrations using:
EAI Siebel Adapter
EAI Transport Adapters (HTTP, MQ, JMS)
Web Services (Inbound & Outbound)
Develop and maintain Siebel Loyalty functionalities including:
Loyalty Programs, Tiers, and Promotions
Accrual and Redemption rules
Partner and Member management
Configure Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Views, and Workflows
Develop Workflow Processes for automation and integration
Write and optimize Siebel eScript and Browser Script
Handle data transformation and mapping using XML, XSD, and integration objects
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
Support production issues and provide root cause analysis
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Prepare technical design documents and integration specifications
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Siebel Developer
Strong hands-on experience with Siebel EAI
Solid experience in Siebel Loyalty module
Expertise in Siebel Tools configuration
Experience with Workflow, Integration Objects, eScript
Strong understanding of SOAP/REST web services
Knowledge of XML, XSD, and message transformation
Experience with RDBMS (Oracle/SQL)
Familiarity with Siebel deployment and migration processes
