Qualification
Required
5+ years of corporate in-house experience
Prior experience with a broad range of corporate transactions, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and managing corporate entities
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Licensed to practice law
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Experience in technology, healthcare or financial services is highly valued
Attorneys from other industries with similarly broad corporate practices are welcome
