You'll partner with department managers to fill critical positions and manage full cycle hiring from sourcing to offer
Building candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and partnerships with trade schools and universities will be essential
You'll enhance our employer brand, ensure a positive candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, optimize our hiring process, and ensure compliance with all employment laws
Qualification
Required
5+ years of talent acquisition experience
Proven success recruiting for skilled trades and professional roles
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruiting technologies
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Preferred
Experience in construction or a related industry
A bachelor's degree in HR or Business
