Responsibilities
Performing maintenance on chemical, electronic, industrial, hydraulics, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Performing basic preventative maintenance (PM's) duties
Conducting basic troubleshooting of chemical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Being the Subject Matter Expert on setup, running, and maintenance of coater processes
Assisting with calibrations of process equipment and in monitoring/analysis of a variety of day-to-day production issues
Using current documentation and problem-solving techniques to lead operators in the analysis of potential failures
Assuring process documentation is current and utilized at all times
Participate in continuous training & follow safety guidelines
Performing operator duties as required
Identify improvement opportunities and initiate implementation
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Qualification
Required
1 year of industrial maintenance/electronic/electrical experience
Possess a 2–4-year technical degree in maintenance technology
1-year recent vapor coating experience
Ability to work overtime, weekend, or holidays as needed
Ability to work a Full-Time, Overnight shift (12-Hour Rotating Shifts 7:30pm – 7:30am, every other weekend)
Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
